Bergees is a gifted Architect and an astute Entrepreneur. He wears both these hats with great élan. His dynamic and sharp mind works at lightning speed, with which he leads his team from the front. As the Mentor and Team leader, Bergees leads by example. The sheer hard work and grit with which he nurtures Ratnsorb, is consciously emulated by his whole team. The vision, zeal and entrepreneurial instinct with which, he embarked on his journey in 1999 – has since merged integrity and design in a seamless union.

When he is not working which is a phenomenal rarity, Bergees loves cracking up with raucous laughter at comedy movies and relaxing with his family, at home.
