Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC) is an integral part of Daimler Truck AG, the commercial vehicles business of the Daimler Group. We studied the international Corporate Identity for the brand from Japan and we have also localized essential Corporate Identity elements from the region to make the implementation easy and cost-effective. We were then certified as the only architects to design and assist the network department of Daimler Commercial Vehicles. This experience was very different from the ones we had earlier from the passenger car industry. In these types of dealerships, we had to take utmost care during design so as to have an efficient workflow of large trucks and buses while keeping the brand Corporate Identity and the customer experience intact.
