This bungalow is in a gated community. This property has roads on all three sides hence there is no rear elevation to it, managing all the building services was challenging. The Bali themed spa at the top level of the house has been designed to have cascading greens that lend themselves to all four sides of the house. We played with the levels of the roof; the entry is a double height foyer and the bedrooms have the old world charm of sloping roofs.
